This warranty outline is specific to wood product. This warranty doesn't apply to composite materials it does however apply to wood framing below such composite materials.

Warranty Coverage

 

STAMPEDE CONSTRUCTION provides a limited warranty on our decking installations, which covers defects in workmanship for a period of 3 year from the date of completion. This warranty assures that the installation has been carried out to the agreed specifications and in adherence to industry standards.

If desired a warranty package can be purchased at expiration time. Even if you are not a customer of ours a warranty plan can be purchased on a yearly term. 

 

Exclusions

 

Due to wood being a natural product, the following conditions are not covered under this warranty:

 

1. **Natural Characteristics of Wood**:

   - Cracks, splits, or warping due to the natural properties of wood.

   - Color variations, knots, or grain inconsistencies inherent in natural wood.

   - Changes in color due to aging or exposure to sunlight.

 

2. **Environmental Conditions**:

   - Damage caused by weather conditions such as storms, hail, high winds, or excessive moisture.

   - Termite damage or other pest infestations.

 

3. **Improper Maintenance and Use**:

   - Lack of proper maintenance, including failure to apply sealants or other protective treatments.

   - Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, or neglect.

 

4. **Third-Party Alterations**:

   - Modifications or repairs made by third parties without prior approval from [Your Business Name].

For any claims under this warranty, please contact STAMPEDE CONSTRUCTION at the form below. We will assess the issue and determine whether a warranty claim is valid. Valid claims will be addressed through repair or replacement of defective workmanship, at our discretion.

Our liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective part, and shall not exceed the original purchase price of the installation. We are not liable for any incidental or consequential damages.
